What are the uses and usage of Mara tape

The use of Mara tape:

It is widely used in the insulation bandage of various motors and electronic components such as transformers, motors, capacitors and the high-voltage barrier between the main circuit and the shell of the switching power supply. It is also used for the wrapping of soft-packed lithium batteries, such as between the protective plate and the battery core, which plays a role in fixing and insulating the fire.

Matter of application of Mara tape:

　　1. Mara tape should be stored in the warehouse to prevent the sun and rain; stop contact with organic solvents of acid, alkali and oil, and keep clean and dry, and the room temperature is-{{ 1}} 5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃.

　　2. Mara tape should be placed in rolls, not folded, and turned over quarterly when the storage time is too long.

　　3. Use a crane when loading and unloading the conveyor belt, and use the rigging with cross beams to steadily lift to prevent damage to the belt edge.

　　4. The type and specifications of Mara tape should be selected reasonably according to the application needs and specific conditions.

　　5. Mara tapes of different types, different specifications, models, strengths, and fabric layers must not be connected together (matched).

　　6. Conveyor belt joints are thermally vulcanized to improve reliability and maintain a high effective strength.

　　7. The simple diameter of the conveyor roller and the diameter of the small pulley of the conveyor belt should conform to the relevant regulations.

　　8. Do not make Mara tape snake or creep, stick to the roller, the roller is sensitive, and the tension should be moderate.

　　9. When the conveyor is equipped with baffles and cleaning devices, the abrasion of Mara tape should be prevented.

　　10. Cleanliness is the basic condition for Mara tape to run well. Foreign materials can affect the straps to cause pain, tension differences and even cracking.
